How to Qualify the Qualifier Exam with Ease
In this post, I will give you a detailed view on how to qualify the qualifier exam with ease. The most challenging subject that most people face is math. The rest—stats, English, and critical thinking (CT)—require little focus to qualify.
So, I will explain how you can excel easily. First things first, let's see the syllabus.
For English
For English, focus on words like diphthongs, glides, and semi-vowels. You will be given 4 words and asked to identify the odd one out. Also, articulation-based questions will be there, where you will be asked to identify the odd words based on pronunciation, tongue, teeth behavior, and airflow. Practice previous year questions (PYQ) to get some idea. There will be a passage and at the end, a telephonic conversation for you to complete. You will also be asked to identify parts of speech around 4-5 questions will be there, so around 10-15 questions are in your hand, don't miss them. The remaining will be passage and conversation, some idioms, and phrases depending on your knowledge. It's easy to score 35+ if you pay little attention to class and watch some English news.
