Important Assignment and Exam Information
- In one year there is three terms of four months each - January Term, May Term and September Term and in each term same procedure is followed.
- First two graded assignments for Week 1 and Week 2 are very important.
- You need to score at least 40% in each subject to qualify.
- If you fail to get 40% in any subject, you will not be allowed to write the first qualifier exam.
- Your third graded assignment will be considered, and if you qualify, you will write the qualifier exam next month.
- It's better to submit Week 1 and Week 2 graded assignments before the due date.
- If you miss your first qualifier exam because you were absent, you will have to pay half of what you paid earlier to appear again.
- You will get two chances to qualify for the qualifier exam:
- First attempt in July. If you pass, you register for the foundation.
- If you fail, you can apply again for the August exam (reattempt). If you pass, you will get the September batch.
- If you fail again, you will get a chance to write the qualifier (reattempt) in September.
- If you qualify in September, you will be assigned to the September batch. If you fail, you will have to register again.
- To those who passed through reattempt:
- You will be assigned a new batch (e.g., September batch).
- You will have to start from Week 1.
Graded mock tests are crucial. If you take all the mock tests and score more than 40% in each subject, you will receive a 2-mark bonus in each subject at the end of the term. Additionally, if you complete extra activities, you will earn 5 bonus marks in Foundation 1 and another 5 bonus marks in Foundation 2, totaling 10 bonus marks for extra activity.
